The role: Western Canada Account Executive
Fully remote (must be located in Vancouver or Calgary)
Our client is on a high-growth trajectory to be the #1 turnkey Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging solution provider to the private and semi-private EV Charging Marketplace. They are looking for a driven Account Executive to join the team in Western Canada.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Account Executive will be responsible for independently sourcing and managing the sales of EV Charging services to developers, property owners, property management companies and condo corporations in the multi-residential and commercial markets.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience selling solutions directly to builders & property managers (i.e. HVAC, fire protection, LED lighting, etc.)
- Driven, entrepreneurial spirit
- Business acumen: Experience with complex, multi-faceted sales
- Proven history of meeting & exceeding targets
- Pure hunter; capable and hungry self-generate leads
- Previous Account Management experience and capability of managing long term sales relationships
Compensation:
- Base salary of $80k + uncapped commissions
- First year on target earnings of $125k
- Additional bonuses and accelerators for overachievement of quota
- 2 weeks of vacation to start + comprehensive benefits package
- Any expenses related to travel (trade shows or client lunch & learns) to be reimbursed
