<p> Applied Systems, Inc., a worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for a Website Specialist to join our web development team, the Website Specialist will be in direct contact with clients on a daily basis; gathering information needed for website maintenance and setups, answering any questions the customer may have in the setup process and maintenance stage, and communicating to the development team what the customer is requesting. The position has time-sensitive projects where missing deadlines is not an option. The success of this position is dependent upon working well with a team of professionals and giving constructive feedback to both the work team and our customers.</p>
<p> What You’ll Do </p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with customers and the web development team on setting up new websites</li>
<li>Field support related e-mails and phone calls, overseeing existing customer websites, and answering questions related to local SEO and website performance</li>
<li>Interacts directly with existing customers to provide website analysis and insight as well as manage customer expectations</li>
<li>Present quarterly analytics reports measuring the performance of online efforts for multiple websites</li>
</ul>
<p> What You’ll Need to Succeed</p>
<p> We’re looking for someone who: </p>
<ul>
<li>Can work remotely or from an Applied System office, local candidates will work a hybrid schedule from our Lewisville, TX office</li>
<li>Light travel (post COVID-19)</li>
</ul>
<p> Your experience should include some or all of the following: </p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of web design/marketing experience</li>
<li>Understanding of Local Search Engine Optimization (SEO)</li>
<li>Project coordination skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of Google My Business listings</li>
<li>Knowledge of website trends</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience</li>
</ul>
<ul>

<li>HTML Coding or Development experience</li>
<li>JavaScript Experience</li>
<li>Insurance industry exposure</li>
