You must embrace and enjoy working in a fast-paced, action-oriented culture under the umbrella of a larger supporting corporate parent (Idera, Inc.). IDERA is a challenging but rewarding environment that values performance and results while offering flexibility around schedule and geographic location/WFH.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Further develop and expand web architecture, identifying, outlining, planning and promoting opportunities for site improvements; troubleshoot and correct any website errors.
- Digital Marketing: Manage all aspects of our online digital experience focusing on our website, SEO, and potentially create digital assets for social media and online advertising.

- User Experience: Represent the voice of the prospect/customer in developing strategies to impact the end-to-end digital funnel.
- Analytics and Reporting: Manage, monitor and analyze performance and impact.

About You:
- 5+ years of website design, development, and management, with at least 2 of those years creating digital assets.

- While deep technical knowledge of database tools is not a prerequisite, an ability to learn technical concepts on the fly is a must.
- Bias for action, a learner’s mindset, and a strong work ethic.
- Top notch writing and copy-editing skills. You know MLA, but also break the rules, and you have a deep passion for writing in a clear, compelling way that fits a brand’s voice.
