A suspected kidnapper in Delta State has been arrested with ₦4 million in cash by a local vigilante group.
The arrest was captured in a viral video circulating on X, formerly known as Twitter. In the footage, the suspect is restrained by a man to prevent his escape.
A voice in the video narrates the scene, highlighting the suspect’s disheveled appearance despite having millions in his possession.
The cash, seen in the clip, is handled by a police officer who places it in a black nylon bag.
