<p> Our Balfour Beatty Highways business are looking for several Utilities Coordinator to join our Highways PRS SMA delivery Unit, working on various PRS locations across the UK.</p>

<p> We provide high quality asset strategy, management and planning consultancy services to a wide range of public and private sector customers. We put our customers first and prioritise completing schemes safely, efficiently and to a high standard.</p>
<p> As a Utilities Coordinator, you will Assist the Utilities Team to ensure that the project is compliant to BB Internal Business management systems (BMS) for working near utilities.</p>
<p> <b>What you&#8217;ll be doing</b></p>
<p> Some other key responsibilities will be: </p>
<ul>
<li>Providing site support producing and monitoring Utilities permits</li>
<li>Production, auditing, approving, and monitoring of Permits to Dig as per PAS128</li>
<li>Working with the construction, ensuring Permits are in place and marked out clearly, in advance of works</li>
<li>Liaise with the Utility owners to ensure the correct permissions are in place.</li>
<li>Assisting the Utilities Manager to ensure the project is compliant with internal Business management Systems, relating to working near services and other client/industry requirements or best practise.</li>
<li>Ensuring site awareness of Utilities policy and BMS requirements</li>
<li>Interfacing with audit function to support the Utilities Team with Management System audits.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Who we&#8217;re looking for</b></p>
<p> You will have the following: </p>
<ul>
<li>Extensive experience in scanning and marking out services to assist the utilities Engineer when needed.</li>
<li>Holds a valid CSCS Card</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge in scanning and marking out Utilities as per PAS128</li>
<li>Experience in highways and construction requirements</li>
<li>Good working knowledge of working around Utilities and Permit to dig Systems</li>
<li>Good IT skills for processing data and monitoring / reporting trends</li>
</ul>
