As a Recruiter at Amplifon UK, you will play a critical role in attracting and selecting top talent to support our business goals and enhance the customer experience. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, collaborating closely with the HR team, and contributing to our employer branding initiatives. This position requires a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and a growth mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
The UK Recruitment Specialist will be in charge of:
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with the Head of HR to design and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications in line with organizational needs.
- Conduct job and task analysis to define job requirements and objectives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings on relevant platforms.
- Utilize various recruiting and selection methods, including databases, social media, and universities, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Talent Management:
- Work closely with the HR Director, HR Operations, and line managers to support talent management initiatives.
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding activities.
Qualifications:
- Hold a master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in a “soft HR” role and/or recruiting role, preferably within an internal HR department.
- Experience in designing and implementing employer branding programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and embrace a growth mindset.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to attract and select top talent for Amplifon UK.
Contract duration: 9 months (fixed term contract)
