Lead Cost Transformation for Family Care Manufacturing, ensuring program strategies are in line with business needs and progressed to deliver breakthrough capability. Position requires leadership to ensure a healthy and robust pipeline of gross cost savings initiatives, with direct oversight of all stages of the process (ideation, value validation, planning, execution and delivery). Additionally, the position will lead development and maintain the Family Care Cost Transformation Management system and lead development of analytical tools and performance reporting to increase visibility of data for improved decision making. The position influences and collaborates with all Family Care Manufacturing leaders and Cost Transformation Initiative Owners to make decisions and ensure efficient execution for cost savings initiatives.
In this role, you will:
- Provide leadership and direction for Family Care Manufacturing cost transformation activities, including the development and implementation of strategies and the plans to achieve.
- Own development of a 3-year pipeline of cost savings initiatives. Lead and coordinate End to End and Targeted workshops as needed to facilitate the generation of programming ideas to close current year gaps and fill future pipeline.
- Led or participate in critical cost transformation initiatives.
- Maintain a healthy F2G management system, ensuring transparency of initiative progress, risks and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure initiative owners are effectively leading initiatives to achieve the desired savings delivery and timing.
- Provide guidance to initiative owners to improve execution and remove barriers to successful implementation. Serve as a leader, point of mentorship, and point of escalation for the team.
- Optimize the process and delivery of strategic cost transformation projects through input into capital spending and resource allocation.
- Provide new ideas and support to enhance and improve efficiency of KCNA Cost Transformation processes.
- Provide support in terms of training, help desk, user management, reporting, analytics, and dashboard development
- Lead by example and model core values in all actions; ensure a positive, respectful team environment, fostering collaboration and development

BS degree required in an engineering, technical, or business field of study; MBA or advanced degree desired
10+ years of staff and plant operational or technical experience including one or more Manufacturing leadership roles.
Demonstrated capability in building talent, critical thinking, multi-functional collaboration, influence, financial acumen including P&L proficiency, think customer/consumer, general manager mindset
