Territory Sales Manager for the Southeastern US States is a key position in the development of our business and serves as the primary interface with our valued customers. Responsibility for advancing sales, nurturing dealer relationships, fostering project development, launching new products, and enhancing our market share. Entrusted with driving the business development and implementation of Saint-Gobain Solar Gard’s Window Films Strategy within the Solar Gard® brand, both directly and indirectly.
The central focus of this position is to cultivate and expand the territory, as well as increase individual dealer users’ sales volume and revenue. Success in this role demands a solid grasp of technical sales, adept problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in window film and PPF installation. The key to triumph lies in adopting a methodical and trusted advisor approach, which is pivotal in aligning with Saint-Gobain Solar Gard’s overarching objectives and the specific sales targets outlined for the territory.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting daily interactions and site visits with existing and prospective customers to introduce our energy-efficient window film products and facilitate new order placements.
- Utilizing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others for effective business development, brand establishment, and customer support.
- Providing comprehensive training to Saint-Gobain Solar Gard customers on the diverse range of marketing and technical support tools at their disposal, ensuring their optimal utilization in the marketplace.
- Focusing on cultivating new business relationships, with an emphasis on fostering loyal branded partnerships.
- Identifying/sourcing projects through our network of installing dealers.
- Actively engaging in projects alongside our dealer network to guarantee Saint-Gobain Solar Gard’s presence and positioning in retrofit opportunities.
- Strategically managing sales volumes and margins in accordance with the annual budgets, with a monthly and segment-specific approach.
- Swiftly adopting and introducing new products and services to both new and existing dealer partners.
- Monitoring and maintaining the accounts receivable aging report by enforcing payment terms and taking necessary actions to collect on overdue accounts when required.
- Consistently communicating and discussing market conditions with your direct Manager to ensure clear alignment with company goals.
- Demonstrating a strategic mindset and articulating the specific needs of your local market for the purpose of planning and budgeting.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completion of High School or an equivalent, required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field, preferred
- Experience with the installation of automotive, architectural, and/or paint protection films, preferred
- Working knowledge of film installation, preferred
- Proficiency in negotiation, required
Successful Candidate Profile:
- A proven track record in sales, marketing, or technical roles, specifically in Independent Dealer and Customer Development within the B2B sector, encompassing areas such as Window Film, Glass, Glazing, Building Products, or Automotive Car Dealerships.
- Willingness to take on additional duties and responsibilities as deemed suitable or assigned.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment, whether working independently or collaboratively with colleagues.
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency with common business software such as Microsoft Office suites.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and a talent for interpersonal interactions.
- Competent in delivering formal presentations to both small and large audiences.
- Maintains consistent, organized, and well-documented records of activities.
- Preparedness for frequent travel, approximately 50% or as necessary.

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $77,400 to $120.100 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 20% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $92,880 to $144,120. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
