<p><b>Job description</b>: Every year hundreds of students in Southeastern Arizona look forward to the Youth Engineering and Science Fair. Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc. is accepting applications for a Temporary Clerical position to work in our Sierra Vista office to help with all the administration of the Fair.</p>
<p> This is a part-time, temporary position with hours varying week to week. The job will start on February 12, 2018 and end approximately on March 23, 2018. Hours will generally be 8 AM to 5 PM with the exception of some 12 to 14 hour workdays during the fair, the week of March 5. The successful candidate must be a motivated self-starter.</p>
<p> Duties include clerical data-entry, word processing, and miscellaneous tasks. Must be able to operate personal computers and be experienced in the use of typewriters, faxes, copiers, and other standard office equipment.</p>
<p> Requirements are two years related general office experience, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs, and must be able to work with children. Applicant must have a valid Arizona driver&#8217;s license and reliable transportation. All offers of employment are contingent upon passing drug screen, criminal and driving background checks, and employment reference checks.</p>
