 As a Team Manager in Oldham, you will manage a busy team of social workers to deliver effective services within one of our Safeguarding and Care Teams. You will be responsible for the management, supervision, and professional development of the members of your team and ensuring that children and young people&#8217;s needs are met through quality interventions.</p>
<p><b>Essential Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Social Work Qualification &#8211; Degree or equivalent</li>
<li>At least 2 years&#8217; experience as a Team Manager within children&#8217;s services</li>
<li>Social Work England Registration</li>
<li>Driving license and access to own vehicle</li>
</ul>
