<p> Job Title: HR Data Analyst<br />
 Location: Lagos</p>
<p><b>Job Description</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Collect, Organize and Interpret statistical information for decision making.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Main Accountabilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Manages staff database</li>
<li>Responding to database related queries and keeping track of the analysis</li>
<li>Setting up processes and systems to make working with data more efficient</li>
<li>Producing reports and charts communicating trends within data to users</li>
<li>Manages all Pension related matters including but not limited to RSA PIN Registration, Communicate details to appropriate office and follow up on Pension Remittance</li>
<li>Generate data on NSITF/ITF/Group life Insurance</li>
<li>Assist in processing data for payment of final entitlements</li>
<li>Deputizes for Payroll Manager.</li>
</ul>
