SoCode US was started in late 2022 as a result of our demand and requirement in the US, and our clients requiring our support outside of the UK.
As a result of business growth, SoCode UK & US are seeing a Talent & Operations Assistant to join the team.
In this newly created role, reporting to the Talent and Operations Manager, the role will be to assist the businesses Talent and Acquisition, but also assist in all operations and head office functions. In addition, you’ll be working closely with the Senior Management team to ensure the business runs in the most efficient manner possible.
To do this, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Working closely with the T&O Manager to ensure all business needs are met
- Resourcing & tracking consultant talent for the business, and arranging meetings with Talent & Operations manager.
- Sourcing CV’s
- Initial registration calls
- Tracking
- Monitoring adverts, applications & referrals for consultants
- Logging and monitoring business equipment locations and usage.
- CV formatting.
- Monitoring of adverts posted to our job boards & LinkedIn.
- Compliance as and when required.
- Supporting the tracking of business L&D requirements & induction processes.
- Assisting with arrangement of company events.
- HR & Marketing administration as and when required.
- Ongoing support with any management of our systems.
- Office stationery & Office Equipment Ordering.
- Supporting facilities management.
- Liaising with external suppliers in absence of Talent and Operations Manager
- Ad hoc projects, when requested by Directors/Management.
Key personal requirements:
- Can do attitude
- Previous experience in a recruitment, resourcing role or similar
- Great written & verbal communication skills
- Team player, and the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
