• We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Leasing Agent to join our team in Lagos. You will work closely with clients to help them buy, sell or rent properties while providing exceptional customer service.
• You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and closing sales transactions

Job Description

• Provide guidance and assist buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine client’s needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Manage property auctions or exchanges
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
