Our practice has:

  • DentaPro software
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex units
  • Fiber-optic handpieces
  • Yearly OSHA and HIPPA and Emergency Management training
  • Ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider
  • Patient Base: primarily ages 3-21 and up to 30% adult population (depending upon location)
  • Office flow: average 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
  • State insurance plans, PPO and out-of-network payor mix

Qualifications:

We expect you to have:

  • DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
  • Other certifications as required – CPR, DEA, etc.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults

This opportunity provides:

  • Earn an additional $400 each week for traveling to other offices within your geographic area – all expenses paid (hotel, mileage, meals)

Dennis Group Safety Managers assist in the development, management, and implementation of a Health and Safety Program for all of Dennis Group’s projects.   • Conduct and document Jobsite Safety Observations

  • Work with Construction Managers and Sr Safety Managers to establish job site safety procedures and policies during initial project mobilization and as needed during the project.
  • May be required to act as full-time on-site safety coordinator for projects as required.

  • Support talent growth within the organization.

Required Education Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in health and safety, risk management, or construction is required. Candidates that are enrolled in a Bachelor program in health and safety will be considered for internship opportunities.
  • 4-7 years of experience overseeing safety activities on construction projects.
  • 4-7 years of work experience in developing, implementing, and coordinating health and safety training and activities for construction projects
  • 4-7 years of work experience in performing construction job site safety inspections and conducting special studies and investigations related to safety and health for the company

  • Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers.
  • Must be on-call to address delays, emergencies, bad weather, and other issues at the jobsite.
  • Must be able to lift-up to 50 pounds at times.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and prolonged periods of standing and walking around project site with uneven surfaces.
  • Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching.
  • Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers.
  • Must be on-call to address delays, emergencies, bad weather, and other issues at the jobsite.
  • Must be able to lift-up to 50 pounds at times.

Travel Requirement

  • Our projects are located throughout the United States and Canada. Ability to travel to job sites throughout North America as required. Travel is estimated to be 75%+, unless stationed on a jobsite (first 6 months of employment – training).

Job Summary

We are seeking a Traveling Patient Experience Manager to support healthcare accounts throughout the United States. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, self-starter professional who is constantly seeking a better way to enhance the patient experience, and is willing to learn the exciting world of healthcare. This position can be located anywhere in the United States as the position requires full travel to support healthcare account openings and refreshes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients as admitted and meet during stay. Patient rounding to be completed daily to set service expectations, introduce staff, and address any patient concerns.
  • Educate patients on services provided by Environmental Services and Food & Nutrition Services, reviews any concerns, needs and impressions of service.
  • Work collaboratively with housekeepers, patient dining associates, and supervisors to enhance inpatient experience. Resolving patient concerns, addressing special requests, and providing service recoveries.
  • Plan, design and execute hospitality training programs for staff, working with Directors to implement appropriate trainings.
  • Analysis data on patient scores from third party vendors to determine priority units, designate appropriate strategies to improve patient satisfaction.
  • Complete account audits for EVS and FANS to determine baselines and performance stability at the account. Create account plans based on results to meet compliance criteria.
  • Perform employee shadow reports, and other rounding forms to ensure service standards are being met and to determine where training actions are needed.

Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree preferred
  • Hospitality management or Patient Care experience
  • Experience with high volume, patient visiting, rounding and surveying.
  • Must be experienced with computers, including Microsoft Office programs.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including working weekends, evenings, and holidays as business permits.
  • Must be able to travel 100% of time and located near an airport
  • Open to relocation in the future.
