Department Overview

TD Securities (“TDS”) provides a wide range of capital market products and services to corporate, government, and financial institution (“FI”) clients through Global Transaction Banking (“GTB”), Corporate and Investment Banking (“CIB”), and Global Markets (“GM”). Job Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience

TDS has embarked on a multi-year digital transformation and expansion of GTB’s product suite to position the transaction bank as a leading North American multi-currency treasury provider, enabling significant business growth across the TDS franchise. Accordingly, the need for a strong and efficient delivery of a large-scale project to deliver on this objective is required.

The GTB Product Transformation team is responsible for owning and developing upon GTB’s product and service capabilities and roadmap for expansion across the entire product delivery lifecycle, championing the business and client as subject matter experts.

Reporting to the Vice President (Lead Product Manager), the successful candidate will be responsible for key business analysis activities to deliver on various product roadmaps critical to GTB’s strategic goals.
The successful candidate will:

• Champion the user journey of new product initiatives working collaboratively with stakeholders from the business, technology, operations, risk, governance & control

Position Scope:
The Project Coordinator, Finance Transformation will be an important contributor to OMERS’ Corporate Finance transformation program. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role requires a desire to learn, the ability to work in an agile setting, and a team-focused mentality. This position provides opportunities to collaborate with Corporate Finance leaders and other transformation professionals across the enterprise. This role is important to ensure smooth Project delivery and the organization of multiple workstreams and deliverables.

Role Responsibilities:

Provide project management support including weekly status reporting, monitoring, project plan updates, meeting logistics, risk management, onboarding/offboarding external vendor resources, SharePoint administration, and meeting minutes documentation

Provide testing support for the project including:

o Planning, coordinating and executing test cycles

o Conducting and facilitating test status and defect meetings with project team members, key stakeholders, and senior management to track progress and defect resolution

o Support the development of daily and summary test results reports, highlighting test coverage and outcomes

Support project documentation

Support workstream efforts leading up to go-live

Other contributions, as the team may need and as opportunities arise

To succeed in this role, you must have the following qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent experience and qualifications

Outstanding record of leadership and academic, extracurricular, and professional achievement

2+ years of progressive experience working on large-scale, technology-dependent transformations

Experience with Project Management methodologies, techniques, and frameworks

Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing

Interpersonal agility and ability to connect with stakeholders

An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools, and an innate desire to learn, grow and develop

Bonus Experience/Qualifications:

Consulting or professional services experience

PMP, or in progress of obtaining certification

Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools (e.g., Jira, Octane) and practices

Understanding of innovative technologies and their application within the Finance function

The HR Transformation Program (HRTP) is a business-led program that will help to underpin the new ABB Way operating model and the decentralization agenda. It is a key step in modernizing the HR part of our legacy ERP estate and will create sustainable benefits for ABB. To support us in this endeavor we are now looking for a Training and Change Coordinator to ensure business and end-user readiness by leading the training planning, super-vision and delivery. In this role you will organize, execute and oversee training activities and support change and communication activities in Canada. You will work closely connected to the HRTP Country Change Lead to ensure alignment of local activities with the HRTP change strategy and approach, but also to the Business Area Deployment Lead to ensure coordination with other local program activities and Business Area change & comms initiatives. As the Canadian Training and Change Coordinator you will execute and/or support the change, communication and training activities in the country under your lead business. You will work closely connected to the HRTP Change Lead of your country to ensure alignment of local activities with the HRTP change strategy and approach. The role’s mission is to support the Change management lead of the country to ensure business and end-user readiness by delivering major aspects of the organizational change management to engage local HR, managers and employees and other stake-holders and build their commitment to change. This role is part of the HRTP core country/cluster team and reports to the country Change management Lead. This project role will end mid-2025 – a permanent assignment in the post-project organization will be assessed in due course.

Your responsibilities

• Leading the organization of training activities locally, including planning, co-rdinating and delivering sessions. Organizing and overseeing local training roll-out initiatives for testing, HR, end user training and other program activities.
• Localizing change plans and materials. Identifying local needs for change, including translation needs, and communicating program related initiatives and content –while ensuring they are reflected in local change plans and materials.
• Stakeholder mapping and engagement. Identifying local stakeholders to build pro-gram understanding, buy-in and advocacy. Equipping them with relevant materials and representing the program in different forums. Establishing listening platforms for continuously collecting and purposing feedback.
• Change leadership. Working closely with local business and functional leaders to ensure full understanding of the change the program drivers and managing its im-pact on the organization.
• Change Impact Assessment. Identifying the local specific change impacts of and building the change approach based on findings.
• Organizing communication. In collaboration with relevant communication functions, ensuring that the program communication is tailored to local needs and re-leased at the right time through relevant channels.
• Managing risks and concerns. Collecting feedback from local stakeholders, under-standing the impact, facilitating discussions, and escalating any concerns or risks as needed based on the program governance.
• Networking. Building formal and informal professional networks and connections beyond leadership level to ensure good understanding of the stakeholders’ needs across the organization.
• Localize Change Plans and Materials. Support in Identifying local needs for change and communication initiatives and contents –This includes translation of material as needed.

• Language validation. Responsible to validate the language translation from text, add any localized nuance that is missing to improve / enhance the translation in the program and all communications prepared for the change management process. The language ownership is important.

• 5-10 years of experience within a HR function or Change Management/Coordinator role.
• Change management capabilities such as relevant experience and knowledge of organizational change management processes, methodologies and tools; including process, technology and people aspects.
• Proven ability to work effectively with different organizational levels and thorough understanding of how to engage diverse audiences – able to build trustful relationships.
• Creativity and readiness for innovation to break new ground.
• Excellent communication skills: in French and English.
