Job Location: Lagos

Overview

• We seek to hire a Solutions Architect who will be responsible for creating and communicating the technical vision for specific solutions to business problems.
• They bridge the gap between the business problem and the technological solution, outlining the necessary phases and requirements to make the solution(s) work.
• The Solutions Architect’s focus is on opportunities in Nigeria and the wider African region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Professional Services team throughout the project lifecycle, providing technical expertise and guidance.
• Work closely with the Sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs.
• Design and architect complex technical solutions, including roadmaps and recommendations.
• Advocate for process improvements and help develop solutions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Develop and validate proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Review and approve solution designs from other team members.
• Perform design, debugging, and performance analysis on solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Document and share best practices for new solutions to help the team learn and grow.
• Regularly communicate new features and benefits of solutions to partners, customers, and other stakeholders.
