Purpose of Role

Global Security is looking for a summer intern to support and assist with research and analysis across our various projects and day-to-day monitoring.

Job Responsibilities

Assist with daily monitoring of global security events/incidents, which could affect Kinross

Undertake a global security project which adds value to the department (will be discussed upon starting)

Education and Experience

Purpose of Role

Kinross is looking for a Business or Human Resources student to assist the Human Resources Department during the summer of 2024.

Job Responsibilities

Work with the Talent & Engagement team to assist with identifying organizational talent needs, to support employee development, performance, succession planning, diversity equity & inclusion (DEI) and employee engagement. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Support the design and execution of various Talent and Engagement initiatives and programs
  • Run reports from our HR Information System (HRIS) to track progress and attendance for a variety of programs and initiatives

What You Could Learn:

  • Learning the process of onboarding new clients and their integrations including arranging non-disclosure agreement (NDA’s) and contracts and project managing the client implementation process including business decisions, auditing and sign-off
  • Supporting client queries ensuring these are dealt with effectively and efficiently with escalation points within the business as required.
  • Supporting with monthly accruals calculations and annual budgeting for clients.

Purpose of Role

Purpose of Role

Kinross is looking for a Business or Human Resources student to assist the Human Resources Department during the summer of 2024.

Job Responsibilities

Work with the Talent & Engagement team to assist with identifying organizational talent needs, to support employee development, performance, succession planning, diversity equity & inclusion (DEI) and employee engagement. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Support the design and execution of various Talent and Engagement initiatives and programs
  • Run reports from our HR Information System (HRIS) to track progress and attendance for a variety of programs and initiatives
  • Assist with logistics, creating and administering evaluations, coordinating events and training, and any other arrangements and activities needed to support Talent and Engagement programs and initiatives
