Job Description

• SPIE Services Nigeria Limited is currently looking for Admin Interns to join its work force in Port Harcourt and in Lagos.

Responsibilities
Recruitment:

• Assist in head hunting and matching up of candidates as per client’s requirements.
• Formatting CVs into the right formats (either SPIE format or client-imposed format)
• Maintain and update company databases.
• Prepare reports and presentations when needed.

Administrative:

• Respond to mail enquiries from personnels.
• Collation of Time sheet for documentation of personnels.
• Schedule personnel for trainings (Medical, Trainings etc.
• Provide support to the personnel on client’s side.
• Any other task assigned by the Technical Assistance Deputy Manager.

Profile

• Undergraduate in any of the Engineering Disciplines: (Electrical/Instrument/Mechanical Engineer)
• Strong knowledge in Excel
• Comfortable with the Microsoft Suits.
• Fluent in English.
• Punctuality.
• Good communication skill.
• Adaptability and flexibility.
• Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
• Solid knowledge of office procedures
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail.
• High school diploma: additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

General Description

• Support of offshore operations,
• Facilitate maintenance activities of the SITE team through adequate preparation (spare parts verification etc…)
• Check repairs requirement and quality
• Short and medium term improvement methods.

HSE:

• Establishes and maintains a strong safety culture in line with Company HSE Requirements and Rules
• Ensures that COMPANY’s HSE regulations are respected (especially procedures related to Work Permits), as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practice during performance of maintenance operations placed under his responsibility,
• Ensures compliance with Operating Procedures & Guidelines with the asset to ensure Process Safety, Operational Safety and Plan Integrity

Main Functions (Applicable To All Specialities)

• Review preventive maintenance program validity. Check availability of means to complete it as and when required.
• Assist the SITE as required for corrective maintenance
• Set up and implement technical procedures, follow-up and update maintenance procedure in relation with COMPANY representatives,
• Ensures quality of the maintenance operations : preparation of intervention files, work orders, reporting, CMMS,
• Prepare work pack for specific maintenance job when requested
• Analyse CMMS report for his field of competence and recommend improvement solutions to COMPANY as required
• Taken vibration measurements on site and analysis

Profile

• Equivalent of DUT/BTS (French), B.Sc. in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering (2.1)
