Job Description

• Our client is looking to hire a Customer Service & Operations Associate to identify and participate in initiatives aimed at solving key operational problems within Nello and its customers.
• To facilitate the development and implementation of marketable product/services on the platform, To monitor the platform’s overall products/services/service provider performance and commercial viability. To design and document an exhaustive Operational Framework that ensures the platform’s functionality is in tandem with customer requirements.
• The ideal candidate is one who is experienced has excellent customer service, growth and retention and must possess interpersonal skills as well as must be dedicated and ambitious.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with regulators and ensure prompt rendition of returns
• Develop company procedures and operations guidelines.
• Improve business functionality to align with core business objectives.
• End-to-end project management on top business priorities including identifying opportunities, scoping projects, and driving cross-functional implementation
• Creating data driven recommendations by accessing, analyzing, and synthesizing large data sets
• Problem-solving and solution implementation
• Process design and improvement, particularly for operations at scale
• Working with the product and development teams to drive high impact improvements
• Working with the managing directors, facility product development and innovation.
• Ensure operational costs efficiency toward maintaining profit-margins.
• Ensures error free transaction and efficient operational processes and procedures towards clients satisfaction.
• Executing on the group’s expansion strategy across operations, products, and new markets
• Supporting strategic goal setting and performance management
• Creating and maintaining existing processes, workflows, and organizational tools
• Serve as the chief clients management officer to ensure prompt resolution of clients’ complains and efficient service delivery for clients satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proven experience (5+ years) in operations, or related roles.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex task
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and make quick decisions in fast-paced environments.
• BusOps role in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
• Have a solid track record of achievement – e.g. you have worked in a top tier company/startup, have quickly assumed responsibilities or have won competitive awards
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage unexpected challenges.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
• Can break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution steps
• Have a strong analytical foundation with ability to manipulate and synthesize data

Job Description

• We are looking to employ a MD, asset management who will be responsible for leading the investment and asset management team having responsibility for determining investment strategy for various Fund portfolios.
• The right fit for the role must have an excellent understanding of financial markets and different asset classes and understand people management with result orientation.

Responsibilities
This role reports directly to the Board and responsibilities include:

• Establish company strategic goals and objectives
• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the achievement of the company’s profitability and growth targets as approved by the Board and consistently meet Key Performance Indicators.
• Maintain awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities and industry developments.
• Review performance reports on both financial and non-financial indicators (performance against plan) and determine required actions for any performance deviations.
• Ensure that appropriate processes and procedures are in place for delivering the goals, objectives and mandate.
• Maintain effective relationship with top-level officers of relevant regulatory agencies and other major stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and behaves in a socially responsible manner.
• Prepare and lead the execution of the corporate, business and functional strategy, and monitor progress against these plans to ensure that the Bank achieves its objectives as cost effectively and efficiently as possible.
• Develop and implement initiatives/interventions as required to increase revenue and/or reduce operating costs.
• Ensure consistent quarterly and annual reporting of financial and non-financial performance to system regulators and shareholders.
• Develop products to meet clients’ needs and win market share
• Develop a business growth/expansion plans and strategies

Requirements
The ideal candidate is one with the following non-negotiable characteristics:

• MBA, or any related professional certification. Member of relevant professional body/affiliations such as CIBN (ACIB, MCIB), ICAN (ACA), ACCA, etc.
• Minimum of 12-15 years of senior management experience within the financial services industry.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the banking industry, particularly microfinance banking services, regulations, and professional standards.
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and lead organizational change.
