Job Description

• Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings

• Track all business-related invoices
• Preparing letters and reports.
• Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff.

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc English Graduate

Job Description

• Managing all accounting operations
• Reconciling bank statements and monthly financial reports
• Preparing monthly staff payroll and ensuring payment of salaries as and when due.
• Managing and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Paying vendors, billing clients, and managing post-due accounts
• Improving business efficiency where money is concerned
• Analyzing financial records to check for inconsistencies and errors
• Ensure that statements and records comply with laws and regulations
• Documenting all financial transactions by entering account information
• Suggesting ways to reduce cost, enhance revenue, and improve profit
• Preparing, publishing, and circulating timely monthly financial statements.
• Balancing bank accounts, recording forms of income and verifying deposits, and other transactions.

Responsibilities

• Transport children and other passengers to and from school
• Obey all traffic laws to ensure students arrive to their destination safely
• Assist students with getting on and off the bus as needed
• Maintain a clean and mechanically sound bus at all times
• Ensure the safety of all students when entering and leaving the bus
• Engage with students as they enter and leave the bus.

Requirements and Skills

• Interested candidates should possess an FSLC or OND qualification
• Proven work experience as a School Bus Driver or similar role
• Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or traffic citations within the last five years
• Two or more years of experience working with children preferred
• Ability to carry out assigned route on time
• Must have a Commercial Driver’s License.
