  • Grow, manage and lead the offshore wind EIA team in readiness for the pipeline and support strategic leadership of the wider EIA team.
  • Upskilling of staff with transferrable skills into offshore wind projects
  • Develop a clear template for delivery for our offshore wind projects that builds on our experience to add value and efficiencies to our future projects.

Delivering outstanding client facing solutions:

  • Project Director or strategic advisor for a portfolio of offshore wind projects comprising direction to the EIA team, accountability for all deliverables, providing EIA and wider consenting strategic advice and troubleshooting to the Project, senior client and stakeholder representative.

Client account development:

  • Build the pipeline of offshore wind work by developing existing contacts and building new industry contacts.
  • Key client relationship manager for selected key client accounts with a view of ensuring good performance and expanding our opportunities
  • Lead on our offshore wind bidding activity and bid sponsor on select wider strategic bids.
  • Maintain and strengthen connections across Ramboll to access opportunities and support development of the ‘One Sector Wind’ offer internally.

External facing/industry profile:

  • Promote the Ramboll brand to the offshore wind industry and increase our industry profile across the service offering, including representation at conferences, production of news and technical articles, social media presence etc.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Strategic planning and growth:

  • Define and implement the strategic direction for offshore wind in the UK to access current market growth.
  • Connect into our global offshore wind network to help shape international thinking around markets and delivery.

Team leadership and growth:

  • Grow, manage and lead the offshore wind EIA team in readiness for the pipeline and support strategic leadership of the wider EIA team.
  • Upskilling of staff with transferrable skills into offshore wind projects
  • Develop a clear template for delivery for our offshore wind projects that builds on our experience to add value and efficiencies to our future projects.

Delivering outstanding client facing solutions:

  • Project Director or strategic advisor for a portfolio of offshore wind projects comprising direction to the EIA team, accountability for all deliverables, providing EIA and wider consenting strategic advice and troubleshooting to the Project, senior client and stakeholder representative.

Client account development:

  • Build the pipeline of offshore wind work by developing existing contacts and building new industry contacts.
  • Key client relationship manager for selected key client accounts with a view of ensuring good performance and expanding our opportunities
  • Lead on our offshore wind bidding activity and bid sponsor on select wider strategic bids.
  • Maintain and strengthen connections across Ramboll to access opportunities and support development of the ‘One Sector Wind’ offer internally.

External facing/industry profile:

  • Promote the Ramboll brand to the offshore wind industry and increase our industry profile across the service offering, including representation at conferences, production of news and technical articles, social media presence etc.

About you

  • A technical leader in EIA with experience of providing technical direction at a project level. Experience in due diligence work would be useful.

  • A degree (or equivalent), in a relevant environmental discipline, with a strong emphasis on EIA. Ideally a Postgraduate qualification in environmental science/planning (or related field of study)

The Opportunity

The Senior Quality Engineer will function as the regional SME providing Validation support, consultation, and training to Abbott Nutrition (AN) manufacturing sites. This position will also interface with other regional SMEs to capture and share best practices globally.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Primary Job Functions:

Lead global community of practice meetings to exchange best practices.

Develop and track validation related metrics.

Provide validation training and consultation services on validation policies and practices.

Work closely with regional engineering and site quality personnel providing expertise and guidance for verifying and validating new products and processes.

Collaborate on the definition of the validation & verification strategy, including risk management mitigations, verification and validation plans, protocols, and reports.

Assess validation documentation from DQ through protocol execution from a technical and quality perspective, provide feedback and coaching to improve division-wide validation execution, and escalate potential gaps to leadership

Provide risk management training and facilitation for FMEA development sessions.

Review, analyze and provide recommendations for verification and validation test data, including sampling strategy and statistical analysis

Provide guidance on resolving deviations associated with verification and validation activities.

Collaborate on quality system owner functions such as procedure and template writing and continuous improvement updates and global CAPA impact assessment at the division and site level

Attend site and project VRBs to support validation strategy development, protocol review, and provide coaching and feedback to VRB members.

What You’ll Work On

Lead regional community of practice meetings to exchange best practices.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, YOU’LL BRING

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, science, or technical related field.

Engineering degree is preferred

Preferred:

5 years or more experience of experience in design/process verification and validation in a regulated environment such as Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical Products or Food Manufacturing.

Primary Purpose

The Procurement & Pricing Manager is responsible to provide the Linde Healthcare business with strategic leadership, planning and direction in the areas of procurement, inventory control management and price optimization. The Procurement & Pricing Manager will be responsible to negotiate pricing with vendors and monitor internal inventory management and pricing performance through digital tools and reports to provide their analysis and recommendations to the Linde Healthcare business leaders.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for vendor selection and negotiation on all Healthcare hardgoods items. Collaborate within the Canadian leadership team and with other Linde business units globally as required
  • Oversight of procurement department staff including
  • Day-to-day management (tracking of absences, vacation, and completion of all required training as well as workload allocation and management)
  • Working in collaboration with HR for recruitment, retention, training and employee performance management and development

Lead Business Price Manager:

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Successfully completed Leadership training or to be completion in first 6 months
  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or relevant experience preferred.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years experience in a strategic sourcing / supply chain/ operational role.

The Procurement & Pricing Manager will be responsible to negotiate pricing with vendors and monitor internal inventory management and pricing performance through digital tools and reports to provide their analysis and recommendations to the Linde Healthcare business leaders.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for vendor selection and negotiation on all Healthcare hardgoods items. Collaborate within the Canadian leadership team and with other Linde business units globally as required
  • Oversight of procurement department staff including
  • Day-to-day management (tracking of absences, vacation, and completion of all required training as well as workload allocation and management)
  • Working in collaboration with HR for recruitment, retention, training and employee performance management and development
  • Effectively communicating business expectations to procurement team and ensuring team meets expectations
  • Safety leadership through emulating behaviours that support a total safety culture, ensuring all operation and regulatory policies and procedures are followed and proper documentation of all safety-related incidents in accordance with corporate policy
  • Manage JDE data integrity relating to inventory and pricing
  • Purchase of Goods review and oversight of buying for all Canadian Healthcare locations on a day-to-day basis
  • Development and implementation of procurement procedures and processes
  • Procurement of CAPEX equipment for O2 and HME products
  • Vendor management
  • Liaison between procurement and sales
  • Participate in product selection, sourcing and product review committee in collaboration with business leaders
  • Report generation and analysis of key metrics related to procurement, inventory control and pricing, including inventory management, forecasting, spend & savings report and internal spend compliance
  • Ongoing monitoring of vendor performance
  • Liaise with AP for vendor invoice discrepancies and related issues
  • Assist in product recalls and participate on recall process development and implementation

National Inventory Management:

  • Development, implementation and overall management of inventory control processes and procedures
  • Review of min/max’s for Distribution Centre and select stores
  • Generation of reports for Key Metrics relating to Inventory Management
  • Assist stores in Physical Inventory Preparation
  • Review and Approval of Physical Inventories
  • JDE data management as it relates to Inventory Management and input into process or system improvements.

Lead Business Price Manager:

  • Lead, oversee and track all business price initiatives, internal or external as per yearly price plan by collaborating with Controller and leadership team.
  • Update status and progress with regular meetings with healthcare leadership and business
  • Collaborate with business, marketing, leadership, and other stakeholders to develop and implement yearly price plan.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Successfully completed Leadership training or to be completion in first 6 months
  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or relevant experience preferred.

Experience:

  • Previous supervisory experience, preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in a strategic sourcing / supply chain/ operational role.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate direct reports
  • Proven track record for improving process efficiencies and problem solving
  • Detail oriented and results-driven
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with both written and verbal, and internal personal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to excel in a team environment
  • JD Edwards experience an asset
  • Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook / Word / Excel)
  • Enhanced interpersonal skills to work with all departments within the business to ensure smooth transition of work

As a senior member of the Customer Marketing team, you will be responsible for maximising value and commercial impact for our portfolio of brands with two of the Top 4 Grocery retailers. In addition, you will be responsible for driving the activation strategies for your assigned channels and/or group of customers within the UK market.

Meaningful Work From Day One

The role collaborates with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, BBI (Brand and Business Insights) and IMC (integrated marketing communications) to develop best-in-class activation strategies and executions. The collaboration will involve the creative development, instore focused media planning, onsite activity planning and execution which aligns with a retailers approach.

The role requires the ability to empower and influence direct reports and efficiently manage and prioritise the team’s workload within the assigned group of customers. Leadership will be required to identify the strategic customers and programs which align with the overall business goals, and seamlessly integrate with the other channels.

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to combine a strategic business approach while managing multiple projects at any given time.

This role is a 12 month fixed-term contract with occasional travel to London.

What You Can Expect

Support the delivery of the commercial financial targets versus annual budgets.

Prioritise key tasks and provide thought leadership across the assigned group of customers.

Develop channel and customer-specific marketing plans that address the brand portfolio, consumer and customer opportunities in collaboration with colleagues in Brand and Sales.

Contribute to the monthly business planning review, highlighting any opportunities or risks associated with your customer marketing plans.

Develop scalable digital programs which are customer-driven, operationally easy and consumer-facing.

Support the Sales team in managing customer P&Ls through understanding the impact your customer marketing activations have in driving the B-F UK strategy to ‘Make It A Double’.

Input into the situation analysis of customer, business issues and opportunities across the portfolio to inform the customer and channel activation strategies and plans to unlock value growth.

Manage and track customer marketing activations budgets vs agreed brand and customer spends, ensuring that all activation stays within budget and customer remit.

Pre & post evaluate outlet activations to ensure they deliver against agreed KPIs, Critical Success Factors and ROI.

Input activity insight and customer-specific learnings into the development of annual cycle plans.

Develop long-term key customer relationships with Customer Buying and Marketing teams to ensure that brand/shopper activations meet customer strategies and challenges.

Actively and regularly visit the trade, including different channel concepts seminars and champion the accounts within your remit. Gain an in-depth understanding of the operational challenges experienced on a day-to-day basis.

Demonstrable Customer understanding and insight experience.

Demonstrate the ability to develop tenders, annual plans and bespoke activations within a Customer Marketing role.

Project management, including budget and matrix team resource planning.

Excellent commercial acumen.
