As a Lettings & Hospitality Services Manager, you will be required to

• Manage all aspects of rental properties
• Manage all maintenance
• Managing a team of 2 underneath you, the team would be remote.
• Making sure that guests are happy in the guest accommodation side of the business.
• Travelling to different accommodations to do spot checks
• You will work closely with your manager and there will be times where your input is important and you need to be able to challenge them.
• Scheduling and overseeing regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs and safety compliance
• Ensure all properties are to a legal standard
• Performance reviews with your team
• Assist in recruiting staff

You would need experience in the following:

• Proven experience in property management
• Proven experience in the service accommodation sector
• Experience in guest services
• Understanding of dynamic pricing
• Strong organisational skills
• Forward thinking and proactive

• Proficiency in property management software such as MS office suite, PowerPoint, HostAway
