Your Opportunity:

Play a vital role in the sales team driving revenue growth through strategic business development activities and value-engineering Traka technology solutions for the hospitality and gaming sector. On a day-to-day basis you will present Traka electronic key & equipment management solutions to end users and partners (in-person and remotely), develop specifications and technical SOW’s, and generate project proposals – ensuring close collaboration with the professional services team to architect and deliver a turnkey solution. A strong technical sales acumen is crucial to being a trusted advisor in the key & equipment management technology space.

This is a customer facing role which always requires the highest level of customer service. The role will perform responsibilities following all company standards, policies and procedures. When not in the field, this will be a work from home position. A suitable, dedicated home office space for working and presenting Traka solutions will be necessary to perform the role.

You are a technical sales professional who is enthusiastic, driven and curious about solving real-world problems through technology solutions. A confident, strong communicator who is fanatical about meeting the needs of the end user, and who understands how crucial it is to ensure a system is well designed, deployed, and optimized to maximize the return on investment. You possess experience in technical sales within the hospitality and/or gaming sectors with existing end user relationships. What You Will Do

• Conduct Traka presentations, technical product demonstrations, consultations and site surveys to educate end users and identify needs.
• Create and execute strategic account plans which fosters strong organic growth in-line with targets.
• Build and maintain exceptional relationships with end users and partners.
• Record all activities in Salesforce CRM including qualifying and tracking leads, opportunities, creating project proposals (CPQ) and maintaining an accurate pipeline for reporting and marketing.
• Collaborate with marketing to innovate campaigns that drive new leads as well as increased technology adoption and best practices within existing accounts.
• Work closely with marketing to identify and support industry trade show events including booth representation and setup/teardown as required.
• Identify opportunities for technology integration with OEM’s that increase the value proposition to the end user.
• Be the voice of customer working with engineering and product management to help innovate new features, functionality, and even products that meet client needs.
• Work collaboratively with our sister companies in ASSA ABLOY group to drive innovation and new business growth.
• Conduct sales training for strategic partners.
• Work with the operational and project delivery teams to ensure all requirements are fully scoped and delivered to the end user ensuring expectations are well managed at all times.
• Maintain professional and product knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager from time to time.
• Travel required up to 50% within continental USA and Canada (typically weekdays only) with potential opportunities to travel to UK and other parts of the world for conferences and educational seminars.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant technical sales experience of 5+ years
• Experience in Hospitality and/or Gaming technology sales
• Strong track record of exceeding goals in high revenue, project-oriented sales
• Strong technical acumen and experience with hands-on demonstration of hardware, software and integrated technology solutions
• Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent at building long term end user relationships
• Experience in B2B solution selling, sales engineering, system design or installation is highly desired
• Experience with using Salesforce or similar CRM is highly desired
• Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite
• Good organizational and prioritization skills
