Job title: Quality GP/ Family Physician positions in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada

Company: British Medical Journal

Job description: WHO WE ARE: Healthglobal Recruiting recruits great family medicine and GP candidates for great clinics/surgeries in the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa and Windsor regions of Ontario, and Alberta, Canada.

Why Canada? Three words:
WORK, LIFE, BALANCE.

Candidates from the UK, US, Ireland and Australia-who must hold MRCGP, MICGP, FRACGP, FACRRM, CCFP or DABFM to apply-are eligible for advanced standing and credential recognition for a Canadian medical licence.

WHY HEALTHGLOBAL?:

  • From application to arrival, we take the guesswork out of relocating to Canada
  • Our candidate GPs pay no charges for our services
  • We provide step-by-step guidance to streamline the credentialing process; and we can have you and your family relocated to Canada and working in 6 months.

Healthglobal exclusives:

  • The only recruiter with both a GP/Family Physician and Immigration Counsel on staff.
  • We are located in Ontario, and unlike other recruiters all of our clinics are personally inspected and screened for suitability.

WHAT WE OFFER: A boutique GP recruiting company, Healthglobal prides itself on thinking small and sweating the details.

We meet our clinic/surgery owners in person to match them with the most suitable strong GP candidates.

We work to understand your families’ and clinic needs before you relocate to Canada.

Schools, Neighbourhoods, Culture-we’ll do everything we can to find your new clinic home, and get you the fit you need.

OPENINGS: Our client is looking for several full-time family physicians/GPs to join their multidisciplinary clinics offering flexible work hours and that elusive work-life balance. Our client has two clinics-one in Toronto’s “West Queen West” neighbourhood, and one in Mississauga, in a pleasant neighbourhood fifteen minutes from Toronto. The clinics offer billing support and full software orientation to their new GPs. The payment structure is fee-for-service (work more-earn more), and the range of potential annual earnings is $400,000-$500,000 (£240,000-£290,000). Further details available on application.

  • The Toronto clinic is located in the dynamic Toronto “West Queen West” neighbourhood, close to downtown while also being close to excellent art galleries, cafes, and shops. This is a great opportunity for a GP who desires a cosmopolitan lifestyle. You will be part of a team of family physicians and specialists, including Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, and Allied Health (Physiotherapy, Chiropractor, Massage Therapy).
  • The Mississauga clinic is located in a neighbourhood of 10,000 residents, fifteen minutes from downtown Toronto. You will be part of a team of Family Physicians and Specialists including Internal Medicine, Urology, Orthopedic Surgery, and Allied Health (Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Chiropractor, Massage Therapy). This clinic also has a pharmacy on site.

Some of the advantages of working with this clinic owner:

There are no home visits, late nights or hospital visits. If your child has an event after school, you can be there; if you want to meet friends after work, you can be there too.

Our convenient locations offer direct flights to the UK, as well as to Caribbean beaches .

CANADA provides many opportunities, from smaller communities to large cities-your choice.
