Job Description

This is a remote working role.

Reporting to the Senior Sales Director, the Regional Sales Director CAM Enterprise Corporate UK holds a key position that requires a dynamic individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about Video Security & Access Control. Driving the Enterprise and Corporate Accounts , the Regional Sales Director will act as a primary contact for all video solutions selling initiatives with a dedicated list of channel partners in the assigned territory. Proactively manages their relationships and deploys sales actions and strategies in order to grow business and meet the account revenue goals.

This role will be responsible for leading the regional sales team covering the UK. This role will be responsible, but not limited to the following:

• Develop long term relationships with partners, educate them on our solutions, understand and articulate how our solutions help them sell more and provide more value to their customers, track and report on account activity.
• Assist the assigned channel partners to process orders and returns
• Work with the assigned channel partners to ensure that their staff have taken the appropriate training to deploy our solutions successfully
• Responsible for the team revenue generation, account penetration within assigned / named accounts
• Establish quarterly and annual sales objectives for all territories within the Region in coordination with the Senior Sales Director and Vice President of Sales – EMEA
• Collaborate with colleagues including Channel Sales Executives, Channel Sales Managers (Small Medium Business), Business Development Managers, Distribution, Inside Sales, and Sales Engineering

Basic Requirements

• 7+ years of video security solutions sales experience, specially in managing and developing key accounts. A multi brands selling experience is a plus
• Physical security solutions experience is an asset
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills in both written and spoken English. An additional language is a plus
• Strong technical acumen and ability to speak towards our products and solutions
• Ability to accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Proven record of achievement in delivering sales results and developing collaborative relationships
• Strong understanding of our go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy is required
• Time management skills are required, and candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Proven funnel development through aggressive prospecting
• Exceptional presentation skills required
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and demonstrate new software at a high level
• Candidates must reside in the UK. Approximately 25% of regional travel is required. Majority of travel within the UK will be by car, but some national & international air travel can be expected for tradeshows and sales conferences.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

Strong credit, analytical and technical skills, ability to critically assess financial statements and other corporate and commercial client reports and draw reasoned and relevant conclusions to recommend a course of action

Professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment and to interact at all levels within a large organization

Ability to read and understand complex legal documents, prioritize, commit to task with excellent attention to detail, and perform well under pressure to meet time sensitive deadlines as this is frequently not a 9-to-5 environment

Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

Nice-to-have:

MBA, professional designation (e.g., CFA, CPA) or a post-graduate degree with a focus in business, economics, finance, or accounting

The Vice President and General Counsel, Midstream & Corporate will report to the EVP & Chief Legal Officer and will work in collaboration with the EVP & President, Midstream, and the corporate EVPs. You Will:

Manage a diverse legal team in multiple locations in the provision of legal services to:

AltaGas’ Midstream business on all matters affecting it or its operations, including with respect to commercial, regulatory, and dispute resolution matters

AltaGas’ Corporate functions on all matters, including banking, financing, digital, supply chain, human resources, labour relations, environmental and ESG matters

Ensure compliance of the Midstream business and Corporate functions with applicable laws and regulations, including remaining abreast of changes in applicable laws and regulations and effectively communicating those changes as applicable within the organization

Review legal and corporate documents, external corporate communications, press releases, marketing materials and other applicable legal and non-legal documents impacting company

Ensure all policies and documentation are fully compliant and assist with the implementation and compliance with all corporate policies and processes

Oversee conduct of legal research and preparation of reports and presentations as requested, including regular presentations to management of the Midstream business and Corporate functions.

Field legal and compliance inquiries from key stakeholders with respect to the Midstream business and as required by the Corporate functions

Provide representation as required at law hearings and other judicial proceedings

Support acquisitions and divestitures work where required

You Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (JD or LLB) and membership in good standing of the Bar.

Minimum of 15 years corporate law experience gained at either a large law firm or with a corporation of comparable size and complexity as AltaGas Ltd.

Thorough understanding of the Energy industry and applicable legislation

Proven track record of leading and managing diverse team of strategic professionals

Experience working with management teams and boards of directors

Securities law experience

Experience with human resources and labour relations

PURPOSE

This leading US and international law firm are actively seeking a further Associate to join their thriving, top-level UK Corporate Tax practice in London. The firm’s highly rated international tax group provides large multinational corporations, publicly traded and private companies, investment funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, partnerships, joint ventures and startups with state-of-the-art tax advice. Their close and ongoing work with clients allows them to detect tax concerns early and to devise innovative and practical solutions for the best possible outcomes. By virtue of a diverse client base, they have developed deep capabilities in a variety of sub-specialties, including cross-border practice, litigation and administration representation, investment funds and general corporate tax advice. The role will entail working closely with leading tax partners in London, as well as with colleagues in their top-ranked European, US and other international practices. Applicants will need to have experience in a top tier corporate tax practice, with exposure to advising on cross-border transactions and/or advisory mandates.
