Your Responsibilities

  • Ensures that all inspections are properly performed, and the documents required for compliance are properly executed.
  • Work with vendors to correct any discrepancies as noted during work order reviews.
  • Perform Return to Service (RTS) work order reviews.
  • Assists the Chief Inspector in assuring the airworthiness and reliability of aircraft, components, and accessories.
  • Works to ensure that standards and regulations established by the company’s General Maintenance Manual, FAA Directives and Regulations and Manufacturers’ Service Bulletins are complied with.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining the historical records of all aircraft, engines, and accessories Produce the necessary documentation to prove conformity to the FAA.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to the FAA.
  • Assist in monitoring time limitations and specifications of all time and cycle-controlled inspections, special inspections, replacement of parts and overhauls as contained in the Aircraft maintenance manuals and relevant tech publications.
  • Assist in maintaining a current list of employees qualified in the inspection of required inspection items, (RII) & in monitoring the RII list of all contract agencies performing work for the company to insure qualified RII personnel are used.
  • Compile data for the Continuing Analysis and Surveillance Program when required.
  • Stay current with applicable airworthiness directives, CFARs, operation specifications, type certificate data sheets, service bulletins, maintenance manuals, and revisions.

Required education and experience

  • Valid Airframe & Powerplant certificate.
  • Minimum three years aviation experience.
  • IA with prior inspection experience is preferred.
  • Light body aircraft experience, preferrably Citation.
  • Must be familiar with computerized maintenance tracking programs (i.e., CAMP).
  • Must be familiar with turbine powered aircraft.
  • Must be able to read and understand technical publications and drawings.
  • Effectively communicate to team members, vendors, maintenance personnel and FAA representative

  • Assist in maintaining safety records, including pre-task plans, Job Hazard Analyses, training records, tool box meetings, maintenance of the OSHA 300 log, maintenance of the MSDS and chemical inventory sheets, incident investigations and metrics.

The hourly range for this position is estimated to be $21.00-$28.00.

Qualifications: Working toward a four year degree in Occupational Safety and Health, engineering or similar discipline, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of two (2) years of education and a basic knowledge of safety/environmental principles and techniques.   • Assist Project Safety Manager and Superintendent in preconstruction meetings and conducting research as needed. Document those meetings under direction of supervision.
  • Assist in conducting jobsite and work area inspections with the Project Safety Manager or Superintendent. Review with Superintendent for distribution to subcontractors and Business Unit Safety Director.
  • Assist in maintaining safety records, including pre-task plans, Job Hazard Analyses, training records, tool box meetings, maintenance of the OSHA 300 log, maintenance of the MSDS and chemical inventory sheets, incident investigations and metrics.
  • Assist in conducting effective worker orientation program for every new employee and administer and record their participation.

The hourly range for this position is estimated to be $24.00-$27.00.

Qualifications: Working toward a four year degree in Occupational Safety and Health, engineering or similar discipline, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of two (2) years of education and a basic knowledge of safety/environmental principles and techniques. Capable of identifying known potential exposures and recommending corrective actions. Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite programs. Developing leadership characteristics and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the intern can work in an office or on-site at the construction work site where the intern is exposed too moving mechanical parts; high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. The noise in these work environments is usually moderate to very loud.

Main Purpose of the Role

The Territory Senior Account Manager manages a multi-state geography with responsibility of maintaining and growing a business. The main purpose of this role is to manage and develop our strategic customer and distributor relationships and achieve accelerated growth in our core scientific market segments. In addition to managing a geographic territory, the Territory Senior Manager will also have responsibility to collaborate across regions to develop capability, share successes and contribute to the growth of the overall KCP Scientific business.

Key Accountabilities

Responsible for delivering the financial targets assigned to the territory and accelerating growth through the effective use of KCP resources.

Develops, plans, and implements sales strategies within the territory collaborating with the Inside Sales and Global Account Teams to achieve revenue targets with the Territory.

Leads regular planning and strategy meetings with key distributor teams to ensure alignment and monitor/review progress against strategic initiatives.

Updates their business plan regularly and uses the business plan as a roadmap for the achievement of their territory sales goals.

Proactively communicates with and provides feedback to their manager regarding customer strategy, platforms, activity, and capability gaps to improve execution and business performance against the business plan.

Manages and grows multi state territory through comprehensive sales planning, technical sales skills and project management skills.

Responsible for finding and developing new customers and expanding existing accounts.

Creates awareness and demand for company products through market insights and customer process knowledge.

Uses and continues to develop technical expertise related to products and industry in order to facilitate customer behavior change.

Develops and maintains strong relationships with distributors and end- users.

Core Competencies and Expectations

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business-to-business and channel selling or proven track record in core market segments and current business.

Proven track record in project and account development and management.

Must be able to travel at least 20% of time.

Ability to facilitate, implement and drive large territory plans and results using solid project managements and planning skills with customers, with distributors, and with the KCP Marketing/Planning organization to achieve results. Demonstrated ability Managing complex sales cycles.

Previous experience selling to Life Science, FDA regulated, controlled and critical market segments.

Experience in managing Distributor relationships.

Must possess valid driver’s license.
