As Head Chef, You Will

The Head Chef will be someone who has gained considerable culinary experience, within a Steakhouse environment. The Head Chef oversees all kitchen operations with strong leadership skills, and knowledge of menu development, forecasting, food costing, inventory, and scheduling. The Head Chef will be a driven individual with a passion for fine dining; a passion only surpassed by their desire for developing their team’s culinary talent.

• Demonstrate and communicate vision and culinary concepts to all team members
• Create and develop menus, including using products that are grown and sourced locally
• Ensuring team members provide a memorable guest experience through coaching and fostering a positive working culture by reinforcing the MHG Values
• Demonstrate and promote a kitchen culture that revolves around the enjoyment of cooking, food, and working as a team

As General Manager, You Will

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front and back-of-house operations.
