Main duties of the job

The post-holder will independently assess, diagnose and manage patients with acute and chronic medical conditions, coordinating with other primary and secondary healthcare services as appropriate. There is an expectation that the physician associate will attend to patients within the practices and will coordinate care with other members of the practice or PCN team and external providers. The main responsibilities of the role include:

Job Details

TDS has embarked on a multi-year digital transformation and expansion of GTB’s product suite to position the transaction bank as a leading North American multi-currency treasury provider, enabling significant business growth across the TDS franchise. Accordingly, the need for a strong and efficient delivery of a large-scale project to deliver on this objective is required.

The GTB Product Transformation team is responsible for owning and developing upon GTB’s product and service capabilities and roadmap for expansion across the entire product delivery lifecycle, championing the business and client as subject matter experts.

Reporting to the Vice President (Lead Product Manager), the successful candidate will be responsible for key business analysis activities to deliver on various product roadmaps critical to GTB’s strategic goals.
The successful candidate will:

• Champion the user journey of new product initiatives working collaboratively with stakeholders from the business, technology, operations, risk, governance & control
• Document user stories/requirements, business process flows, product materials, user guides, and training materials (for both clients and internal staff) as applicable
• Proactively identify and manage requirement risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints
• Work with UX/UI delivery partners to design a differentiated user experience for GTB’s sophisticated client base, applying the principles of design thinking and user-centered design

What is the opportunity?

As an Associate, you will manage an industry-specific portfolio of Corporate Client Group (CCG) Borrowers. This is a middle office function that works closely with CCG and other partners within the bank to deliver a full range of credit and banking services to multinational and other large corporate relationships.

What will you do?

Responsible for managing credit risk associated with syndicated and bilateral loan facilities and trading derivative lines. Tasks include preparation of credit amendments, annual reviews, reviewing loan documentation, annual risk assessments, including financial modeling where required

Actively follow the business and financial performance of the borrowers in your portfolio through daily monitoring of financial and industry information, regulatory events, external rating agency movements, and other early warning signals

Identify and assess deteriorating risk situations through your credit analysis and where necessary, propose a course of action to your Team Leader & Director to ensure the safety of the bank’s funds

Ensure compliance with loan agreements by verifying performance against financial covenants, margin limits and Bank Policy.

Ensure bank systems correctly reflect key terms and conditions of credit agreements and other documentation for the assigned portfolio, with respect to data integrity

Build relationships and interact extensively with other functions within the organization such as Corporate Client Group, Risk Management, Global Loans Administration, front line Service Managers, Cash Managers, etc.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

Strong credit, analytical and technical skills, ability to critically assess financial statements and other corporate and commercial client reports and draw reasoned and relevant conclusions to recommend a course of action

Professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment and to interact at all levels within a large organization

Ability to read and understand complex legal documents, prioritize, commit to task with excellent attention to detail, and perform well under pressure to meet time sensitive deadlines as this is frequently not a 9-to-5 environment

Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

Nice-to-have:

MBA, professional designation (e.g., CFA, CPA) or a post-graduate degree with a focus in business, economics, finance, or accounting

Previous banking experience with relationship management, structuring and writing credit proposals, credit processes, policies, risk analysis

Ability to communicate and read legal documentation in French

Familiarity with the Capital Markets credit process and loan agreements

Knowledge of internal systems such as CCMS, TMS & Newton
