Term Time + Inset and 10 days to be worked in school holidays (41 weeks)
Salary Sc6N (pts 18-20) £34,770 – £35,862 pro-rata
Actual salary £31,578- £32,570 per annum
Sydenham School has a fantastic new opportunity for an outstanding individual to join them as a Personal Assistant working with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team. You will be required to provide a confidential and personal administrative service, including managing the busy diary of the Headteacher, taking minutes at confidential meetings and effectively prioritising a multi-faceted brief.
This role requires absolute confidentiality and the use of diplomacy and tact at all times. You must be an excellent communicator, both orally and in writing and have exceptional administrative and organisational skills.
Previous experience of working within a school environment would be an advantage. Flexibility is crucial to meeting the complex needs of a large school, as is the ability to build trusting relationships with families, students, staff, Governors and the wider school community.
