- The Senior MEP Project Manager is responsible for managing, field inspections, problem solving, and coordinating all necessary Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection project resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- SR. MEP Project Project Manager will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary the Client/ Facility, JLL team, Architects, and MEP Design teams other support experts on a wide variety of planning efforts with public and State entities.
- The responsibilities of the Senior Planner / Project Manager position will include project management and support of senior staff projects, public engagement, plan development, report writing and document production, and assisting with the preparation of computer-generated maps and graphic elements needed to convey the ideas generated in each planning effort.
- Peer Review on the Standardize and produce Virtual Design Coordination (VDC) documents including HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing and Piping disciplines to support design, fabrication and construction.
- The Senior MEP Project Manager will also mentor younger staff; balance client, company, and project team responsibilities; manage budgets and tasks; and oversee the preparation of high-quality documents and deliverables. In addition, the candidate will periodically participate in business development activities and represent the firm.
- Managing/Assisting with the Commissioning, ICRA, ILSM, and all Risk Assessments

Qualifications
- Preferred – 10+ years of hospital facility/MEP experience, plant operations, maintenance, engineering, or maintenance supervision experience in a large facility.
- Managerial experience required with proven and successful personnel and budgetary responsibilities.
- Hospital Joint Commission/CMS survey experience. Fully knowledgeable of activities necessary to produce a state of perpetual readiness and compliance.
- Fundamental skills in building-critical systems such as HVAC, electrical and mechanical, life safety systems, emergency/stand-by generators, automatic transfer switches, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, power distribution systems.
- Preferred – college degree in a facility management. Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred (or commitment to obtain CHFM within mutually determined amount of time).
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including report writing ability.
- Proficiency with MS Office, basic computer skills, and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Ability to organize and prioritize while delegating and managing multiple demands.
