    1) Test: about phone function, we do not accept any dispute for test result from third partly APPlication, for example: phone info, IMEI info, Hardware test, CPU-z,and so on. these applications are not official App, so some results like "battery charged cycles", "Color" etc,. are not correct;


    2) Waterproof: we not support waterproof warranty, because waterproof function has limit use conditions. different person, use phone different way, when you use the phone, our seller can not control it. pls understand. and we don’t accept dispute for IP68 or waterproof reason;

     

    3) Internal Storage: the internal storage maybe less than specification, for example, if your phone support 64GB ROM, but only 56GB-58GB can be used, it is normal because this phone installed many APPs and built-in systems;

     

    4) Battery: Battery capacity of the phone maybe less than standard, normally it would be around 95% more or less. we DO NOT accept any test result from third party application, for example: AccuBattery, CPU-Z,and so on.

     

    5)About Accessories: the accessories are new and high quality. similar as original, but not original sony brand accessories. we not accept any dispute for "fake accssories" reason.

     

    6) Repairment: During you use this phone, pls contact us in time if you met any problem, show us phone problem via vedio and photo, we promise that we will try our best to help you. pls DO NOT open this phone by yourself or any repair store. any unauthorized disassembly or reparir without our permission will be considered as man-made problem. we will not afford any cost;

     

    7) Logistics: if you choose Aliexpress standard shipping , the tracking number will be assigned by CaiNiao logistics system automatically. if you met any problem about tracking or delay, pls contact us before open dispute, we promise will try our best to help you;

     

    8) Warranty Lable: every phone from our store with warranty lable,  and the lable with store logo "TOPCO", pls do not remove this lable when you get this phone, or you will lose warranty.



    Q: who pay for the custom tax?
    A: If the parcel is strict inspected by custom, you need to pay tax to clear custom, We won`t bear any customs tax.If you need any help during clearance, please contact us for free, we will provide all necessary documents to help you clear customs. and you have special requests after place order, pls leave message to me , we will try my best to help you;

    Q: what’s the DHL remote fee and How much ?
    A: After buyer choose DHL/UPS/Aramex/TNT shipping way, we will check your address belongs to remote area or not from DHL website,maybe buyer is requested to pay extra cost about 55-60USD for your remote address.pls understand and know that this remote cost is charged by DHL, not our seller, if you not agree pay for the remote fee, pls give me another address which is not belong to remote area. or we change shipping way to Aliexpress standard shipping or Post mail;remote area checking website : http://dct.dhl.com/input.jsp

    Q: what frenqency the phone support?
    A: in our specification,you can find the frequency which the model support, and you need to know your own operator’s frequency. Only both frequency match, you can use the phone properly, you can visit web to check your operator;

    Q: what kind charger inside the parcel?
    A: Most phone will have original China type charger(same as USA),we will provide suitable adaptor, which should be applicable in your country, according to our knowledge;

    Q: how long the warranty?
    A: we offer 1 year warranty, we can replace phone or return&refund for you within 7 days after deivery  if phone has function problem; pls keep all lables(IMEI lable, warranty lable) outside the phone completely without any broken. and we can offer warranty. we can not offer warrant for any broken by man-made.

    Q: How to sign the parcel?
