<p> We are looking for a highly motivated Social Worker to join Children Looked After Team (CLA with a diagnosed disability) in Hertfordshire County Council.</p>
<p><b>Role Details:</b></p>
<p> Position Social Worker CLA Team (CLA with a diagnosed disability)<br />
 Hourly Rate: £32p/h umb<br /><b>About Role :</b></p>
<ul>
<li>The role involves undertaking the responsibilities of a statutory Social Worker within the Children Looked After (CLA) Service.</li>
<li>This includes managing a caseload and collaborating with children, young people, their families, and professional networks to ensure their holistic needs are met. The primary focus is on achieving positive outcomes for young people and fostering strong working relationships with partner agencies.</li>
<li>The successful candidate will work within a supportive and dynamic team of social workers, child practitioners, and support officers.</li>
<li>Hold a full caseload of CLA children &#8211; statutory responsibilities &#8211; CLA visits, reviews etc.</li>
<li>CLA background but not essential, prepared to complete visits and meetings out of county</li>
</ul>
