We’re looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to support with candidate resourcing, bookings and compliance checks. In this role you will shadow the recruitment sales teams, gaining knowledge and skills to support your progression within the organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Service Administrator
· Assisting the sales team with the recruitment of candidates using job boards, websites, social media etc.
· To send documents to candidates to prepare them for interview with the sales consultants.
· Sending screening links to the candidate(s), where applicable
· Monitoring and managing the candidate safeguarding to include but not limited to reference chasing and updating candidate records
· Ensuring the candidate availability is up to date and recorded appropriately on the system.
· Candidate management, over phone and email.
· To work with the sales team on the candidate database and the retention of candidates via phone calls and electronically.
· To assist with open days for candidates both in the office and externally
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Service Administrator
· Experience in Sales or Customer Service environment is essential
· Previous experience in a Recruitment role would be desired
· Have knowledge of the education sector, understanding regulated requirements including safeguarding & DBS policy and procedures desired
· Effective time management, multitasking and workload management skills, with the ability to work towards set goals, targets and meet deadlines.
· Excellent rapport building
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to communicate through various platforms; email, phone, technology, online
· Strong presentation skills
