Led by founding partner, CEO and an acclaimed London hairdresser, the brand range of quintessentially British, easy to use, high performance products launched in 2011 to great acclaim and success both in the UK and internationally.</p>
<p> <b>The Role:</b><br />
 <br /> This is an exciting and broad role within the marketing team. Working with the Head of Marketing and a digital agency you will nurture the brands e-commerce business (both own .com and 3rd party e-commerce) to achieve optimal customer experience, maintain brand identity and achieve commercial goals.</p>
<p> <b>Your Responsibilities:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Manage the company website to achieve its overall objectives:</li>
</ul>
<p> o Plan, brief in and implement content such as home page banners, promo blocks and email assets<br />
 <br /> o Plan and implement relevant and effective promotions alongside the sales team<br />
 <br /> o Drive all channels of website traffic such as PPC, SEO, paid social and affiliates and take overall responsibility for email marketing including designing, briefing content and copywriting<br />
 <br /> o Analyse performance against KPIs and ensure continuous improvement<br />
 <br /> o Report and be accountable for website results </p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure the look and feel of the website is in line with brand guidelines, and that all content is accurate and in line with brand guidelines</li>
<li>Work with the agency to deliver improvements in customer journey, conversion and loyalty</li>
<li>Ensure that all third-party retail has optimal product detail pages, A+ content, and assist with organising content creation of other assets such as homepages, banners, infographics and SEO optimised content</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Skills &; Experience:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Administrator level looking for the next move</li>
<li>Familiarity with Shopify, Google PPC, Google GA4</li>
<li>Experience in website CMS</li>
<li>Experience with Amazon is helpful but not essential</li>
<li>Well organised to manage multiple priorities</li>
<li>Beauty/Premium/Luxury background helpful</li>
<li>Native/fluent English speaker, with impeccable grammar and spelling who can understand the brand’s tone of voice</li>
<li>A creative and aesthetic sensibility to be able to develop an instinct for the brand and how it must be presented and communicated.</li>
<li>Flexible to work with a small team and pitch in where required</li>
</ul>
