<p> Job Position: Senior Visual Designer</p>

<p> <b>Position Summary</b><br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>We are looking for a senior visual designer with great proficiency in creating both digital and offline visually appealing designs for our organizational needs.</li>
<li>The senior visual designer’s responsibilities include managing all kinds of graphic design tasks for in-app usage, social media graphics, digital marketing designs, offline design tasks, refining projects / design briefs and generating creative ideas.</li>
<li>To be successful as a senior visual designer, you should have extensive knowledge of graphic design tools, techniques and general rules of designs.</li>
<li>You should also have experience in implementing marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Ultimately, an excellent senior visual designer will ensure that the design team promotes the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Responsibilities</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Designing banners and posters for in-app use on figma.</li>
<li>Managing graphic designs tasks from conception to delivery for online and offline tasks.</li>
<li>Ensuring brand consistency throughout various projects.</li>
<li>Liaising between the project owners and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.</li>
<li>Reviewing junior designers drafts to ensure quality.</li>
<li>Generating fresh concepts and taking design initiative to solving problems.</li>
<li>Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Requirements</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>A graphic design qualification or similar.</li>
<li>Portfolio with design projects.</li>
<li>Proven work experience as a graphic designer.</li>
<li>Aesthetic skills.</li>
<li>Working experience with image design tools (e.g., Figma, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, etc).</li>
<li>A keen eye for visual details.</li>
<li>Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team member.</li>
</ul>
