<p> <b>Position Description</b></p>
<p> Epic Special Education Staffing is partnering with an exceptional school district who is looking for several contract School American Sign Language Interpreters for the 2023-2024 school year. </p>
<ul>
<li>Location: Davis, CA</li>
<li>Duration: Immediately &#8211; June 5, 2024</li>
<li>Onsite or Virtual: On-Site</li>
<li>Full or Part Time: Full Time</li>
<li>Schedule: 30-32 hours/week; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30AM-3:00PM, Wednesday 8:30AM-2:30PM</li>
<li>Grade/Age Levels: 4th and 8th-grade</li>
<li>Caseload description: 1:1</li>

<p> The minimum qualifications for an ASL: </p>
<ul>
<li>1 year of verifiable, professional experience as a School American Sign Language Interpreter within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)</li>
<li>Valid Certificate/Credential in School American Sign Language ASL or in process in the state of practice</li>
<li>Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.</li>
