The Job
The Company:
- Process pump company.
- They are a well-known organisation within the pumps industry and have some strong ties with leading manufacturers.
- Products have been used in the Shard – London, Singapore and in the Caspian Sea.
The Role of the Regional Sales Engineer – UK North * Generate business opportunities within a designated area.
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial quotations.
- Provide technical support to customers throughout the pre-order stage, including pump selection and operation.
- Attend technical and commercial clarification meetings and carry out contract negotiations.
- Actively contribute to the development and support of the Water & Industry Business Unit Plan and provide timely and accurate supporting information as required.

The Ideal Person for the Regional Sales Engineer – UK North * Experience of selling activities in a pump, compressor or other rotating machinery environment.
- Engineering background with experience of pumps and pumping systems.
- Highly numerate with competent IT skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Command of Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Risk management skills and experience.
- Knowledge and practical application of ISO9001
- Full Driving Licence.
