<p> We&#8217;re in search of a Resourcer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the daily operations of our recruitment team, engaging in various business administrative tasks that contribute to our success. And while you&#8217;re working hard, we&#8217;ll open the pathway up to be a recruitment consultant. We pride ourselves on bringing through the next wave of talent, all trained by our senior management team.</p>
<p> <b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>Creating compelling email marketing campaigns to engage with candidates, including automation.</li>
<li>Effectively advertising job vacancies.</li>
<li>Attending job fairs and centers to connect with potential candidates.</li>
<li>Engaging with candidates through phone conversations.</li>
<li>Conducting candidate interviews to assess suitability.</li>
</ul>
<p> Candidate Placement:<br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>Ensuring compliance procedures are rigorously met.</li>
<li>Nurturing candidate relationships through consistent &#8220;touchpoints,&#8221; including email marketing and phone interactions.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Desired Skills/Qualifications:</b><br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>Strong communication skills, encompassing both speaking and writing, along with sales, customer service, and IT proficiency.</li>
<li>A people-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.</li>
<li>GCSE A*-C qualifications in English and Maths.</li>
</ul>
