We are on the hunt for a seasoned and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our dynamic team in the heart of Glasgow.

Now, we present a unique opportunity within our Customer Success team for a Recruiter.
No sales pitch here – this role is about building relationships and influencing recruitment strategies!
As our Recruiter, you’ll be entrusted with:
- Managing a portfolio of clients including client engagement and progress updates.
- Shaping recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Leveraging and supporting our clients with the use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Crafting compelling job advertisements and releasing them to a number of job boards.
- Engaging in proactive candidate sourcing and headhunting, using Boolean searching.
- Generating insightful reports to influence recruitment strategy.
What We Seek in our Recruiter:
- Previous experience in a similar recruitment role.
- Experience in client management / engagement.
- Exposure to the UK’s main job boards – Reed, Total Jobs, CV Library, Indeed, LinkedIn.
- A natural affinity for building meaningful connections quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs – Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- CRM experience is an advantage.
