<p> <b>Key Responsibilities</b><br />
 <br /> Team Management: </p>
<ul>
<li>Recruit, train, and supervise a team of real estate professionals, Estate Surveyors, Facility Managers, and administrative staff.</li>
<li>Provide team members leadership, guidance, and mentorship to enhance their performance.</li>
<li>Set performance targets and conduct regular performance evaluations.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Operational Excellence:</b><br />

<ul>
<li>Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and laws.</li>
<li>Oversee property listings, transactions, and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.</li>
</ul>
<p> Client Relations: </p>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and needs.</li>
<li>Monitor client feedback and implement improvements in service delivery.</li>
<li>Work with agents to provide exceptional customer service throughout real estate transactions.</li>
</ul>
<p> Marketing and Business Development: </p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote property listings and the company&#8217;s brand.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.</li>
</ul>
<p> Financial Management: </p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and manage the real estate practice&#8217;s budget.</li>
<li>Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.</li>
</ul>
<p> Market Research: </p>
<ul>
<li>Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive landscapes.</li>
<li>Use market insights to make informed decisions and recommendations to clients.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Qualifications</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Estate Management or a related field.</li>
<li>Proven experience in real estate management, including team leadership.</li>
<li>Financial acumen and budget management skills.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.</li>
