<p> Our large (currently 14 fee earners in total) and thriving Property Litigation team continues to grow and has an opportunity for an additional junior lawyer (ideally with 2-5PQE) to join the team.</p>
<p> The team has an outstanding reputation for handling all kinds of real estate disputes and is consistently ranked highly in the leading UK directories for real estate dispute resolution work. The team sits within the Real Estate Department and is a core part of the Department (our Head of Property Litigation is also Head of Real Estate) which is at the core of the firm and is an expanding and dynamic practice. Our expanding property litigation practice has stand-alone clients, as well as clients in common with the rest of the Real Estate Department, and is involved with exciting and cutting-edge property-related disputes.</p>
<p> <b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<p> This principal role will require someone with a confident communication style, with the desire to become a leading property litigator, and with a strong commercial acumen. There are very good career progression opportunities for the successful candidate, to take on responsibility and gain exposure to a wide breadth of work.</p>
<p> The work will include day-to-day responsibility for a varied and interesting case-load. The successful candidate will have direct contact with clients and will be required to assist with a busy case-load, which will include dealing with both contentious and potentially contentious matters from their start through to a conclusion. This is within a very supportive environment, with hands-on supervision.</p>
