Operation Customer Service

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY?
– Your Graduation year is 2024, 2025 and 2026 (2dn, 3rd and 4th-year undergraduate students)
– Strong collaboration & communication skills
– Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)-
– Be creative, curious, and a proactive team player
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Physically being in Toronto between April 30th to August 23rd
– Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English.

Evaluation
If you meet the criteria, you’ll be invited for a digital interview which will evaluate your communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills. Once completed, an online assessment to test your analytical skills will be sent to you.
The applicants with the highest score will be invited to VOGA (Virtual On-Ground Assessment) where the business meets the potential interns for the first time.
Please be informed that our recruitment process incorporates AI technology for efficient candidate evaluation at the virtual interview stage of the process.

Info Session: We will hold an info session on December 15th and January 18th that students can join to ask questions, meet interns from previous years, and understand the program in depth. We will be sharing the instructions for the info session shortly.

Any internship programs start with a base salary of 25$ per hour.
For the Head office position, you are required to be physically in the office 2 times a week.
Tuesday is Mandatory for all employees; this is why you need to be physically in the GTA area during the summer.
Numerous opportunities after the summer internship (Extension Part-time/Full-Time during the next semester, contract positions, and even some possibilities of a permanent role if you’re close to graduating.
