<p><b>Job description</b>: 2 Certified Radiology Technologist &#8211; (ARRT) $12,000.00 sign-on &; Relocation bonus guaranteed</p>

<p> Available Shifts: 40 hours a week with multiple flexible 8 hour shifts: $2,500 &#8211; $3,200.00 weekly.</p>

<p> <b>Responsibilities:</b><br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>Assists physicians with imaging procedures.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Interviews patients and records medical history relative to radiologic procedures. Assess patient&#8217;s physical state and assess I.V. needs or other required safeguards.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Maintains equipment and work area and report faulty equipment.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Operates radiographic imaging equipment in the department; practices radiation safety and protection.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Identifies, accesses, and prepares medication as prescribed by a licensed practioner. Prepares and assists with or administers materials, including opaque media, contrast media and barium, while adhering to patient safety goals.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Prepares patients for radiographs and determines technical factors to be used for obtaining radiographic images and</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>procedures, and similar activities. Adjusts technical factors and procedures according to the age and condition of the • patient.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Provides for the care and protection of patients, assuming care for their emotional, psychological and physical needs</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>while adhering to the Joint Commission Patient Safety Goals.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Assists in moving patient from transportation mode to x-ray table.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Provides necessary clerical support, such as completing requisitions, filing etc.</li>
</ul>
