<p><b>Description</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Your responsibilities include ensuring the efficient and cost-effective production of our products, managing plant operations, and maintaining the highest level of quality control.</li>
<li>You will be responsible for ensuring that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures in terms of health and safety.</li>
<li>Furthermore, you will oversee staff training and development programs to ensure their continued growth and success within the company.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure the production of high-quality goods that meet customer requirements and specifications.</li>
<li>Train and mentor staff in efficient manufacturing and quality control procedures while maintaining performance metrics.</li>
<li>Manage budgetary and financial aspects of the production process.</li>
<li>Implement quality control procedures to ensure that products meet high standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance.</li>
<li>Develop production plans in conjunction with other departments of the company.</li>
<li>Oversee plant operations, ensure safety compliance, and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.</li>
<li>Report issues and recurring problems to the appropriate stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.</li>
<li>At least 25+ years of experience in production management.</li>
<li>Knowledge of production standards and practices.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret complex documents, including blueprints, schematics, and manufacturing plans.</li>
</ul>
