<p> We are looking for an experienced Practice Supervisor to Children in Care Team for Derbyshire County Council</p>
<p><b>? About the Role:</b></p>

<li>Lead and support a team of professionals in the Children in Care Team.</li>
<li>Provide guidance and supervision for maintaining high standards of care.</li>
<li>Responsibilities include case supervision, team management, and collaboration with stakeholders.</li>

<ul>
<li>Team Leadership: Inspire and lead social care professionals.</li>
<li>Case Supervision: Guide on complex cases for optimal outcomes.</li>

<li>Social Work England registered social worker.</li>
<li>Significant experience in childrens social care.</li>
<li>Supervisory or management experience.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
