<li>The starting salary for a Police Officer within Inner London is £36,975 per annum pro rota, inclusive of London weighting and London allowance.</li>

<p><b>Pay and Benefits:</b></p>

<li>The basic starting salary is £29,751 pro rata rising year-on-year to a maximum of £46,044 pro rota per annum after 5 years.</li>
<li>Locations within Inner London attract a regional allowance to reflect the increased cost of living. This includes £7,224 pro rata for Inner London (£4338 London Allowance plus £2,886 London Weighting Allowance) from day 1 of training.</li>
<li>Oyster card to use at any time.</li>
<li>Voucher and incentive schemes such as cycle-to-work as well as a wide range of high street and online discounts.</li>
<li>Always learning; supported by our in-house talent &; development teams.</li>
<li>A highly competitive pension scheme (Career Average Revalued Earnings).</li>

<p> Locations and Hours:</p>
<p> We are currently recruiting part-time Police Officers in Inner London at the following locations: Finsbury Park, Victoria, Kings Cross and Albany House (St James&#8217;s Park).</p>
<p> The minimum hours required for this position are 20 hours per week. You&#8217;ll be asked to provide your preferred working hours at a later stage in the recruitment process.</p>

<li>You have been unsuccessful following BTP vetting checks within the last 12 months.</li>
<li>You have ever received a custodial sentence (other cautions, convictions, and involvement with the police must be declared during the vetting process but are not necessarily a bar to employment).</li>
<li>You have previously been dismissed from another force.</li>
<li>You have been declared bankrupt, have a CCJ or an un-managed IVA.</li>
<li>If you have tattoos that are deemed offensive; tattoos on the face and neck will be considered on a case-by-case basis.</li>
