Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen has been cleared to play in Saturday’s Turkish Super Lig clash against Besiktas after overcoming a muscle injury.
The 26-year-old Nigerian forward was a doubt for the derby following a setback during international duty where he netted three goals for Nigeria across two games against Rwanda and Zimbabwe.
But he has returned to full training on Friday and is now available for selection.
Osimhen has been in sensational form for Gala, scoring eight goals in his last five league games.
He currently leads the Super Lig scoring charts with 20 goals in 22 appearances.
Galatasaray, who sit top of the league with 71 points from 27 matches, will aim to strengthen their title push with a victory at Vodafone Park.
