<p> Job Position: Open Market Representative (OMR)</p>
<p> Job Locations: Sabo-Ikorodu / Oke Aarin market &#8211; Lagos, Mowe/Sagamu/Sango Ota &#8211; Ogun, Oyo, and Awka &#8211; Anambra<br />
 Report to: Area Manager (AM)<br />
 Employment Type: Full-time<br />
 Working Days: Monday to Saturday.</p>
<p><b>Job Description</b></p>
<ul>
<li>An OMR must be able to handle daily retails sales with high level of accuracy and integrity.</li>
<li>Must poses the physical agility to drive secondary sales distributing different SKUs from the distributors shop to the retail and whole sale outlets.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Job Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives.</li>
<li>Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time scales.</li>
<li>Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.</li>
<li>Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory with the AM</li>
<li>Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets</li>
<li>Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc</li>
<li>Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.</li>
<li>Remain up to date with industry’s best practices.</li>
<li>Daily sales and distribution reports.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Job Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Candidates should possess an SSCE, Trade Test, OND</li>
<li>Relevant years of experience in retailing and distribution.</li>
<li>Up-to-date with the latest FMCG trends and best practices.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills.</li>
<li>Candidate must live very close to the location applying for.</li>
<li>Proven working experience in open market sales.</li>
<li>Physically fit and healthy.</li>
<li>Commercial acumen and the ability to “decode” customers.</li>
</ul>
