Job Purpose
The New York Stock Exchange’s Board Advisory Council (BAC) addresses the critical need for diverse, inclusive leadership on public and private company boards. The BAC is comprised of CEOs of the NYSE’s largest, most well-known listed companies who use their personal and professional networks to identify and nominate board-ready candidates.
Responsibilities
- Help to manage the database of BAC candidate profiles, including creating records of new candidates and general maintenance and working with developers to improve the databased. of the database.
- Assist with all aspects of BAC events, including developing yearly event calendar, sourcing speakers and companies to attend annual Board Networking Forum and Candidate Education Events, preparing event collateral such as invitations and scheduling forms, and assisting in event execution.
- Assist the BAC Program Manager on
- company engagement to curate potential board of director candidate lists for companies; and
- preparing regular reports for Listings and Capital Markets teams.
- Support onboarding of new candidates including scheduling onboarding sessions.
- Post content on candidate portal that engages candidates and assist with creating a sense of community with and among candidates via outreach and purposeful interaction.
- Work closely with marketing to maintain and refresh website, create videos, and find and post relevant materials that positions NYSE as thought leader in board diversity and board governance.
- Assist with general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings.
Knowledge and Experience
- Experience: 2-3 years working experience
- Education: College degree
Schedule
This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.
Base Salary Range for New York Candidates
The expected base salary for this role is between 80,000 – 100,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
