Competitive Compensation: Receive a competitive salary ranging from $96,000 to $116,000 along with a 10% target bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
As a North American Senior Tax Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our Corporate Tax Department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the corporate tax provision, utilizing OneSource Tax Provision software for all US calculations.
- Supporting corporate tax return preparation (federal and state) and handling ad-hoc compliance-related projects.
- Collaborating with internal departments, including finance, accounting, and treasury, to ensure effective tax reporting.
- Conducting tax research, documenting issues, and providing resolutions.
- Supporting various tax work streams, including US international compliance, tax accounting, and indirect compliance.
- Reconciling and analyzing general ledger accounts and balances.
- Assisting in income tax audits and the resolution of tax notices from various jurisdictions.
- Identifying and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience/Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Accounting or related field; focus in taxation preferred.
- 3-6 years of related experience involving income tax provision, with knowledge of Thomson Reuters One Source Tax Provision software.
- Proficiency in financial accounting systems (e.g., AX, SAP, SAI, Oracle, Hyperion).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interfacing with all levels of management.
